Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb is grown in a 9 mile area in West Yorkshire which has been given a Protected Designation of Origin in 2010. The season runs January to March where the Rhubarb is grown in dark sheds, it is highly regarded for it complex flavours, health benefits and dazzling colour.
